Robert L. "Buddy" Ruppenthal, CMC

Robert L. "Buddy" Ruppenthal brings to The Context Group a versatile background with experience in
manufacturing, productivity improvement, job skill training, supervisory training, attitude surveys, quality improvement and new plant start-ups for a wide range of textile and apparel clients both in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Ruppenthal's most recent assignments and client focus have been in the areas of job skills training, participative management, team & module building, and quality management.

Mr. Ruppenthal was a member of Kurt Salmon Associates for 18 years and was a Principal of the firm when he left in 1981 to join a southeast textile/apparel management firm as a partner. In 1987, Mr. Ruppenthal joined The Professional Resource Group, Inc. as president until leaving in 1993 to form The Context Group.

Mr. Ruppenthal received a B.S. degree in Industrial Management from Auburn University. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC); a member of the American Society for Training Development and The National Association for Hosiery Manufacturers.
