Nigel Richardson specializes in distribution/logistics operations in the areas of engineering and change management for retail and wholesale consumer products companies. Included in his portfolio of services are:

Mr. Richardson is a results driven consultant who has generated over $30 million in savings through cost reductions and improved customer service for 50 companies during a thirty year career.

Prior to joining The Context Group, Mr. Richardson was president of a consortium with seven consultants offering design, development and the implementation of logistics services and practices. He built the business into a full scale operation working throughout the United States and Canada. Concurrently, he managed business planning and development, as well as financial and human resources for the group.

Mr Richardson has also been a principal in Kurt Salmon Associates' logistics practice. He worked as a senior vice president of logistics for a wholesale company and as a vice president of operations for a manufacturing company.

Mr. Richardson received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from colleges in England. He has made professional presentations and written articles for trade magazines. He sits on local and national not-for-profit boards and recently finished a term as president of the Federation of Alliances Francaises in the United States.

Mr. Richardson is proficient in French, German and Spanish. He was given the Officier of the Palmes Academiques award by the government of France for services to French language and culture.
