Barry E. Mademann, CMC Barry E. Mademann specializes in assisting textile clients with emphasis on yarn, hosiery, and knitwear manufacturing for The Context Group. Mr. Mademann's experience covers plant evaluations, productivity improvement, training, quality control, incentives, and new plant start-ups. Mr. Mademann is particularly successful in involving client personnel at all levels to ensure on-going success with projects. Mr. Mademann most recently started a "green field" textile operation in Eastern Europe which is currently producing 350 metric tons of knitwear per month. After completing the start-up Mr. Mademann developed the firm's sourcing strategy to procure quality yarn and other raw materials from appropriate suppliers in Europe and Asia. Mr. Mademann was a Principal at Kurt Salmon Associates prior to joining Jockey International as Vice President. While there he was responsible for directing the upgrading of Jockey's textile operations to state-of-the-art capabilities. This involved establishing two spinning operations and as well as creating a modern knit-through-cut operation.
