Peter Harding has 30 years experience in the global consumer products and retailing industries in both consulting and managerial roles. He specializes in helping clients create shareholder value through the strategic redesign of value chains, business processes and organizations to more effectively identify and respond to market opportunities and consumer needs.

His experience covers most categories of consumer goods including:

  • apparel
  • textiles
  • home products
  • packaged goods
  • grocery products
  • health and beauty care
  • sporting goods.

Mr. Harding is known for his leadership roles in the development of Quick Response (QR) and Efficient Consumer Response (ECR), value chain strategies that have led to substantial changes in business practices and processes in the textile/apparel and grocery products value chains.

While helping clients develop winning strategies, Mr. Harding draws upon a range of professional skills and experience throughout the value chain including:

Mr. Harding's consulting experience includes 18 years with Kurt Salmon Associates where he was a Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors. Most recently he was a Partner with CSC Consulting and the CEO and co-founder of FoundTime.com, an Internet-based home delivery service for groceries and other consumer goods.

Mr. Harding was born and educated in the UK and holds a BSc from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the University of Bradford.
