areas of particular expertise, and he brings up-to-date knowledge of
the industry solutions and approaches that work.
Normal implementation projects include a mix of business process improvement, software package implementation and/or custom system design and development. The typical consulting engagement in which Mr. Griffith has been involved has led to significant improvements in core business performance in customer service, inventory management, merchandise control, and distribution. Before joining The Context Group, Mr. Griffith spent 20 years with Kurt Salmon Associates' Information Technologies Group, 14 years as a Principal in the firm. In his time with KSA, he accumulated a strong track record of implementation expertise, quality project management and consistent achievement of results for his clients. Mr. Griffith served in several significant KSA leadership roles. Mr. Griffith received his MS in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology and his BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. He has contributed to several industry publications and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
