Bonnie Brauth has an accomplished career in consulting to consumer products companies and retailers, with a solid record of achievement in the areas of:

Ms. Brauth has assisted major client companies in entering new markets and in achieving successful turnarounds by developing and implementing innovative strategic plans.

She has provided direction on a wide range of initiatives, encompassing the areas of:

  • merchandise planning
  • trend analysis
  • forecasting and inventory management
  • workflow processes
  • timing and control
  • organization planning

With more than 25 years of experience in the consumer products industry, Ms. Brauth’s consulting experience includes eight years with Kurt Salmon Associates where, as a partner of the firm, she established its Merchandising Practice.

Prior to consulting, Ms. Brauth worked at highly respected apparel and retailing companies including the globally recognized Wrangler Jeans Company, and Allied Stores, which is currently part of Federated Department Stores, Inc.

Ms. Brauth received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany, and has published several articles in the trade press.
