Cesare N. Aspes, Ph.D. Cesare N. Aspes, Ph.D. has over 25 years experience in developing strategic and operational solutions for textile and apparel clients throughout Western Europe, America, Africa and Eastern Europe. During this time he has led multinational and interdisciplinary teams in conducting complex international projects for both public and private clients. Dr. Aspes spent five years as the managing director of a large German consulting company at the international level. Before this he was a senior partner with Kurt Salmon Associates-Europe for almost fifteen years, primarily focused on developing and implementing international marketing strategies and restructuring marketing operations in the domestic and export markets. For overseas clients he has developed important entry and/or expansion strategies in Europe. Since the early 1990s, following the globalization trend of the apparel and textile sectors, he has been instrumental in implementing joint ventures with domestic manufacturers and developing global sourcing and marketing concepts. This has involved international M&A activity on behalf of investment banks and institutions to ensure the proper allocation of equity capital, financial resources and operational support.
